I opened my agency in June 2020, and today I lead a passionate team of five. Before launching my own office, I worked at State Farm Corporate as a New Agent Specialist, where I had the opportunity to coach and support new agents as they built their businesses. That experience gave me a strong foundation for building a successful agency — one rooted in relationships, service, and community.

Insurance runs deep in my family — I’m a proud third-generation State Farm agent continuing a family legacy that started with my father. In fact, our office is located in my family’s very first home, which makes what we do here even more meaningful. I’m also a proud wife and mom of three kids, and family values shape everything about how we operate. Even our four-legged family members are part of the fun — “Dog Fridays” are a team favorite when everyone brings their pups to the office.

Community involvement is at the heart of our mission. We’re proud sponsors of the Worthington Partnership’s Sunday Funday events, and I serve on the Women’s Business Network committee for the Worthington Chamber as well as the Leadership Worthington class. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janna Bidlack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
