ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in June 2020, and today I lead a passionate team of five. Before launching my own office, I worked at State Farm Corporate as a New Agent Specialist, where I had the opportunity to coach and support new agents as they built their businesses. That experience gave me a strong foundation for building a successful agency — one rooted in relationships, service, and community.
Insurance runs deep in my family — I’m a proud third-generation State Farm agent continuing a family legacy that started with my father. In fact, our office is located in my family’s very first home, which makes what we do here even more meaningful. I’m also a proud wife and mom of three kids, and family values shape everything about how we operate. Even our four-legged family members are part of the fun — “Dog Fridays” are a team favorite when everyone brings their pups to the office.
Community involvement is at the heart of our mission. We’re proud sponsors of the Worthington Partnership’s Sunday Funday events, and I serve on the Women’s Business Network committee for the Worthington Chamber as well as the Leadership Worthington class. We believe in giving back to the community that supports us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Janna Bidlack - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
